| This special Massachusetts license plate lets motorists participate in solving the pet overpopulation crisis. The design features both a dog and a cat and is designated series "SN", which stands for spay/neuter. Funds raised by sales of the plate will directly support spay/neuter programs in Massachusetts, helping to end the needless euthanasia of thousands of animals in this state each year.
