Ben & Heather Johnson, owners of Boaters Handyman Service in Gloucester, MA adopted a dog from CAAA and noticed that our outdoor kennel areas needed improved covered areas and offered their services free of cost! We are so thankful for their help and the dogs are too!

Gregg Smith comes in to the shelter periodically to film adoptable dogs and cats. These clips run on his weekly television program, Save Cape Ann, every Thursday night at 7pm on Channel 12 (Cape Ann TV). 4TH OF JULY PARADE FLOATS
The Cape Ann Animal Aid would like to thank the many friends who contributed to the success of our 4th of July parade float that took part in the Fiesta, Horribles, Manchester, and Rockport parades. Our float depicted Cape Ann Animal Aid’s construction plans for a new shelter and was brought to life by our float constructor, Andrew Farina and talented artist, Carrie Fryklund, who painted the float so beautifully. BENEFIT BBQ AT SHAW'S
The Cape Ann Animal Aid would like to thank Shaw's, Override.com, and Irving & Gulf Oil for sponsoring a fundraising BBQ at the Shaw’s Superstore on Eastern Ave. in Gloucester on June 20, 2009. 2008 PET ADOPTATHON
The Cape Ann Animal Aid (CAAA) would like to thank all of the many business and individuals who supported our Pet Adoptathon on May 3rd and 4th.

UNDERWOOD PHOTOGRAPHY PET PORTRAIT EVENT TO BENEFIT CAAA
The Cape Ann Animal Aid (CAAA) would like to recognize the generosity of Tom and Jacqueline Underwood of Underwood Photography for organizing the Annual Pet Portrait Event benefiting the CAAA. Fifty-percent of the sitting fee is donated to the CAAA through this event in addition to 15% of all additional sales.
